Stay informed and organized with card controls and eAlerts from WyHy Federal Credit Union. Our electronic alert services provide you with convenient ways to monitor your accounts and receive the important notifications you need to keep your account safe and secure!
Keep your money safe, and your budget on track!
When you sign up for card controls and alerts, you will begin receiving email or text message alerts 24 hours a day, seven days a week about your account activity. You can choose to be notified for one, or all, of the following:
- Low balance
- NSF
- Courtesy pay
- Overdraw transfer
- Direct deposit received
- Automatic withdraw
- Specific check number cleared
- Online banking share transaction
- Large debit card or ATM transaction
- Loan payment change
- Loan payment due
- Loan payment made
- Line of credit advance
- Low available line of credit
- Mailing address change
- ... And more
How to Enroll in eAlerts
Stay informed about your account activity with instant notifications, helping you manage your finances and detect any unusual transactions promptly!
Log in to Online Banking
Access your WyHy account through Online Banking.
Navigate to Tools
Click "Tools" in the Main Menu.
Select Alerts
Choose Alerts from the list of Services and click "Continue".
Toggle Alert On
Select the type of Alert you want to setup, then turn on or off with the toggle switch.
Enjoy your new eAlerts!
