VERIFYING YOUR CARD JUST GOT EASIER

Members who enroll their WyHy debit card into their e-wallet on iPhone or Android devices will now receive a One Time Passcode (OTP) rather than needing to call into a WyHy branch or call center.

What This Means for You

This OTP process means you won’t have to worry about taking the time to call a WyHy branch or the call center to enroll your card. All you’ll have to do is add your card right through the platform.

How to Enroll Your Card

When you go to enroll your debit card on your phone's e-wallet a screen will pop up instructing you to take a photo of your debit card. You will also have the option of manually entering your debit card information.

After your information has been entered you will be instructed to view and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Finally, you will be prompted to choose to receive the OTP via text message or email.

If you do not have a cell phone number or email address on the account, you will then need to call into WyHy for verification.
