Frequently Asked Questions

Your PIN is a password that allows you to use your debit card, access your account, and make withdrawals at ATMs. It’s the easiest way to protect your finances every day.

You should change your PIN anytime you feel that the number is no longer secure. Change it if someone else gained access to the number, if you can’t remember your old PIN, or if you’ve been using it as a code for other accounts.

Your PIN should be something you can remember easily. However, you should try to make it unique and difficult to guess for your account’s protection. Avoid choosing numbers like your address, birthdate, phone numbers, or simple number sequences.

Call 866-762-0558. When prompted, follow these steps:

  • Enter your full card number
  • Enter the expiration date on the card
  • Enter the full Social Security number for the primary account holder
  • Enter the birthdate for the primary account holder
  • Enter the security code on the back of the card
  • The system will confirm that the card is active
  • Press 1 to set a new PIN
  • Enter your new 4-digit PIN twice

The primary account holder is the individual who opened the account. You must have their full Social Security number and birthdate to change the PIN associated with your debit card. If you set up the account, enter your Social Security number and birthdate. If someone else set up the account and you’re only an authorized user, you’ll need their information to change your PIN.

The PIN update will go into effect as soon as you finish the reset call. If you have any problems with the reset, call 866-762-0558 again or reach out to your local branch.
