We’re serious about the security of your account, so we’ll contact
you immediately if we notice a potentially suspicious transaction
on your debit card.

Introducing Our New Fraud Alerts

As part of our ongoing promise to keep your accounts and financial resources secure at WyHy Federal Credit Union, we are implementing Falcon Fraud Alerts for all debit card accounts.

Your debit card transaction activity has always been monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to detect fraudulent card use. Now with Falcon Fraud Alerts, you’ll get an additional layer of protection with a text message to confirm suspicious charges within moments of the card being used.

Frequently Asked Questions

Falcon Fraud Alerts will be sent to you first as a text message. If there is no
response after 5 minutes, they will call the cell phone number we have on file.
After 5 minutes, if no one has answered the cell phone, they will call the home
number we have on file and leave a voicemail.

Their number will show up as 888-241-2440. Rest assured that this number will take you directly to a Falcon team member who can verify the alert on your account.

When Falcon Fraud messages you, the text message will include information related to the date of the charge in question, the location, the amount, and which card was affected.

Once you review the information, you will respond “Yes” if this was an authorized charge, or “No” if it was fraudulent.

This service is open to all WyHy Federal Credit Union members. However, if you don’t want to receive these messages, you’re free to opt out of the service. Simply reply “STOP” to any Falcon Fraud Alert. This will opt you out of receiving any future alerts.

Fraud alerts are completely free to all WyHy Federal Credit Union members. You’ll never have to pay for the service. It’s our way of helping you keep your financial information safer and more secure.
