Below are the requirements to apply for a WyHy Business Deposit/Checking Account.

Sole Proprietorship & DBA Requirements

• Valid picture ID for all signers (Driver's License or Passport)
• Social Security Number for all signers
• EIN for business, if registered with Secretary of State
• Any other pertinent information such as occupational license, meeting minutes, etc.

Partnership Requirements

• Valid picture ID for all signers (Driver's License or Passport)
• Social Security Number for all signers
• Tax ID for partnership (TIN, FEI, or EIN)
• Articles of Partnership Agreement (Certified copy)
• Verification of good standing with the Secretary of State
• Any other pertinent information such as occupational license, meeting minutes, etc.

LLC Requirements

• Valid picture ID for all signers (Driver's License or Passport)
• Social Security Number for all signers
• Tax ID for LLC (TIN, FEI, or EIN)
• Articles of Organization or Operating Agreement
• Verification of good standing with the Secretary of State
