WyHy Federal Credit Union Schedule of Fees & Charges & Point Disclosure
*Upon opening a Share account, the member will be required to deposit $10.00, with $5.00 to be retained by the Credit Union as a Membership fee. $5.00 remains a Share Par Value in the account and belongs to the owner after 90 days.
**Overdraft Protection Program: To qualify members must not be delinquent on any loans. Members who do not have a Direct Deposit through ACH or Payroll Posting will be assigned an Overdraft Fee amount of $250.00. Members who have a Direct Deposit through ACH or Payroll Posting will be assigned an Overdraft Fee amount of $500.00 if their Direct Deposit is $.01 to $500.00. If a member's Direct Deposit is $500.01 and up, they will be assigned an Overdraft Fee amount of $1,000.00. Full disclosure available upon request.
***Retired members who are 55 years or older, and have direct deposit or Social Security will be eligible to receive a maximum of two boxes of economy checks, Liberty BIDS, or ECDS checks,within a twelve month period of time. If these members want upgraded checks or designs, then they will be required to pay the difference.
****The Credit Union gives provisional credit for the check; the minimum amount that the Credit Union can accept for the item is $50.00.
*****For Fixed Rate Loans: A late charge of 5% of the payment or $25.00, whichever is greater,
will be assessed on the 10th day past due. This fee will be deducted from the payment.
For Variable Rate Loans: A late fee charge of 5% of
the payment or $25.00, whichever is greater, will be assessed on the 10th day past due.
This fee will be added to the payment.
